KILZ Kitchen & Bath Primer is a high quality water based primer-sealer-stainblocker specially designed for surfaces in high humidity, moisture and temperature environments such as kitchens, bathrooms, powder rooms and laundry rooms. Offersexcellent adhesion to most interior surfaces and provides a sound anchor for paints. Enhanced mildew resistant film protects the primer from mildew growth. Offers a higher solid content for better hide and coverage. Enhanced enamel holdoutfor exceptional performance under eggshell, satin, semi and high gloss finishes. Exceptional adhesion to most glossy surfaces. Blocks most stains including felt marker, grease, ink, pencil, tannin, and water stains. Quick dry - topcoat in an hour. Minimal odor and Low VOC.
