Increase the value of your home by protecting driveways, sidewalks, patios, and other concrete exterior surfaces. Makes old concrete look new with a low gloss, solid color finish. Protects surface from gas, oil, and other household chemicals. Do Not apply this product over asphalt, damp, or wet concrete, or surfaces that have been treated with water repellent sealers. Allow 60 days minimum for new concrete to cure before sealing. The sealer is fortified with new heavy-duty resin technology to provide maximum adhesion and protection on concrete surfaces. 1 gallon covers approximately 200 to 500 sq. ft. depending on surface texture. Dries to the touch in 2 hours, wait 24 hours for light use, 72 hours for automobile traffic. Clean up with xylene. Available in gray and 2 bases.
