Same showerhead as the standard Penny Pincher except with a unique throttle valve which allows a range from full intensity to almost off. It is designed so that there will be a small flow when in the Off position, this flow will maintain the temperature selected without resetting the faucets. It's perfect for saving water while soaping and shampooing. 2.5 GPM (gallons per minute) maximum flow rate. Carded.
